1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your order without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The withdrawal period begins on the date you or a third party designated by you (not the shipping company) receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email and clearly state your intention to withdraw from the contract.
2. Return Conditions
The goods must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging.
We will not accept returns for used, soiled, or damaged goods.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the reason for the return is a defective product or the wrong item was sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., because the product does not fit or you do not like it), the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
4. Exchanges
Customers can exchange the product for the same model or a different color/size (subject to stock availability).
The exchange process is the same as for returns. Please specify your exchange request when making the request.
5. Refund Process

6. International Returns
